Product Description
ADVA® Cast FR538 is a specially developed, polycarboxylate-based, high range water reducer that produces ultra high early strength concrete in precast applications. Its enhanced dispersing capability allows for remarkable dispersion of the cement agglomerates normally found in a cement-water suspension. This capability far exceeds that of both normal water-reducing admixtures (Type WR) and high range water reducers (Type HWR), thus allowing for the benefits of lower dosages and better control.
ADVA Cast FR538 contains no added chloride. It is formulated to comply with the following specification for concrete admixtures: BS EN 934-2 : SS EN 934-2. One litre weighs approximately 1.07kg ± 0.02kg.
Applications
ADVA Cast FR538 is designed to produce ultra high early strength concrete and high performance cementitious composite for excellent rheology and high early and late strength.
Product Advantages
- Delivers high early strength
- Produces concrete with excellent rheology
- Delivers superior surface finish
- Offers water reduction up to 50%
- Optimises precast concrete production, allowing for earlier form removal, thus offering reduced cycle times, faster mould turnaround, reduced total costs and increased productivity
Packaging
ADVA Cast FR538 is available in bulk, in 205L drums and in 1,000L totes. ADVA Cast FR538 contains no flammable ingredients.
